从“无虫”到“四无”:新中国成立初期的粮食保管工作——以浙江省余杭县为例

摘　　要：新中国成立初期,粮食问题关乎新生人民政权的存亡。如何做好粮食保管工作,减少储粮损失,具有与增加粮食生产同样重要的战略意义。浙江省余杭县粮食保管人员在十分简陋的仓储条件下,艰苦创业,开拓创新,在全国首创无虫粮仓、“四无粮仓”,成为全国粮食保管战线的典范和旗帜。国家粮食部门及时推广余杭县粮食保管工作经验,在粮食系统全面开展建设“四无粮仓”活动,对保障粮食安全具有重要意义。In the early of New China,the issue of food was a matter of life and death for the new people's regime.How to do a good job in grain preservation and reduce the loss of grain storage have the same important strategic significance as increasing grain production.In Yuhang County,Zhejiang Province,under the very simple storage conditions,the grain preservation personnel worked hard to start their own business,created the first no insect grain storage in the country and the grain storage of"no insects,no spoilage,no mice and birds,no accidents"and become the grain storage model and the flag of the national grain preservation front.It is of great significance to ensure food security for the State Grain Department to promote the experience of grain preservation in Yuhang County and carry out the activities of establishing the grain storage of"no insects,no spoilage,no mice and birds,no accidents"in the grain system.
