人民公社体制下萧山县社队企业兴起与发展的历史考察

摘　　要：1958—1984年,萧山县社队企业经历了从初步发展到萎缩再到快速发展的历程。到1984年,萧山县社队企业总体实力居于浙江省乃至全国前列。在发展过程中,萧山县社队企业形成了以工业和建筑业为主体,以农业、交通运输业、服务业为补充的产业结构。社队企业的发展,有力地促进了萧山县经济社会的发展,主要体现在助推农业现代化建设、丰富商品供应、吸纳农村剩余劳动力、促进小城镇形成和发展、增加外汇收入等方面。From 1958 to 1984,the commune and brigade enterprises in Xiaoshan County experienced the process from initial development to shrink and then to rapid development.By 1984,the overall strength of the commune and brigade enterprises of Xiaoshan County ranked in the forefront of Zhejiang Province and even the entire country.In the course of the development,the commune and brigade enterprises of Xiaoshan County have formed an industrial structure with industry and construction as the main body and agriculture,transportation and service industries as the supplementary industries.The development of the commune and brigade enterprises had effectively promoted the economic and social development of Xiaoshan County,which mainly reflected in boosting agricultural modernization construction,enriching commodity supply,absorbing rural surplus labor,promoting the formation and development of small towns and increasing foreign exchange income and so on.
