摘 要:建立了锦纶帘线的有限元模型,并通过仿真和试验研究不同负荷下锦纶帘线的失效行为。结果表明:随着负荷的增大,锦纶帘线的捻距增大,捻径减小,捻角也相应减小;锦纶帘线各相关参数变化呈非线性,仿真值与试验结果吻合;由于断裂时两股单线受力不均,帘线断裂处呈绒毛状断口,拉伸速率和环境温度对其断口形态具有显著影响。A finite element model of nylon cord was established,and the failure behavior of nylon cord under different loads was investigated by simulation and experiment.The results showed that,with the increase of load,the twist length of the nylon cord increased,the twist diameter decreased and the twist angle decreased accordingly.The changes of the relevant parameters of the nylon cord were non-linear and the simulation results were consistent with the test results.Because of the uneven stress on the two strands during the break,the fractured surface was fluffy,and the tensile rate and ambient temperature had a significant effect on the fracture morphology.
