摘 要:柳树作为一种重要的园林绿化植物,对干旱地区生态调节具有重要作用。目前,柳树植原体病害在世界部分地区普遍发生,该病害传播性强,症状表现多样,危害严重且难以防治,对林业发展造成严重威胁。尤其在我国新疆地区发生严重,感病柳树表现出丛枝、增殖、花变叶、小叶和顶枯等症状,因此,柳树植原体病害研究显得尤为重要。本文通过归纳国内外柳树植原体病害发生情况及植原体分类、检测、防治相关研究进展,以期为进一步开展柳树植原体病害研究提供理论基础。Willow is a major landscaping plant,plays an important role in ecological regulation in arid areas.At present,willow phytoplasma diseases are widespread in some parts of the world.The diseases are highly disseminated,diverse symptoms,great harm and difficult to control,and has a serious threat to forestry development.Especially in Xinjiang China,infected willows show symptoms of Witches'-broom,proliferation,phyllody,little leaves and dieback.Therefore,research on willow phytoplasma diseases is particularly important.In this paper,Status of phytoplasma classification,detection,control,and the occurrence and research of willow phytoplasma diseases at international are reviewed,to provide a basis for further research on willow phytoplasma diseases.
