摘　　要：目的介绍王隆卉教授运用蔡氏内异育肾法治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床经验。认为宿瘀内结是基本病机,肾虚为重要环节,湿、浊、毒为病理产物。治疗采用活血祛瘀、化痰消癥为主,消除"离经之血"。同时结合育肾调周法,审时论治,行经期治以化瘀止痛,缓解痛经;经后期育肾消坚,化瘀散结,缩小囊肿;经间期、经前期育肾助阳,促进余血浊液的消散。临证注重顾护脾胃,宁心疏肝,中西互参,提高疗效。This paper introduces Professor Wang Longhui’s clinical experience in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst by CAI’s method of internal heterotrophic kidney.The internal knot of stasis is the basic pathogenesis,kidney deficiency is the important link,and dampness,turbidity and poison are the pathological products.The treatment mainly includes activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and eliminating phlegm and eliminating"blood from meridian".At the same time,combined with the kidney regulation method,the treatment of time,menstrual treatment to remove blood stasis and pain,alleviate dysmenorrhea;After the later period of nurturing kidney xiaojian,removing stasis and dispersing knot,shrink cyst;Intermeridian period,prophase nurtures kidney and helps Yang,promotes the dissipation of remaining blood turbidite.Clinical attention to protect the spleen and stomach,calm heart soothing liver,Chinese and Western mutual ginseng,improve the curative effect.
