机制砂颗粒形貌检测方法分析

摘　　要：针对采用Q/CR-TKT-000047—2019《铁路工程现浇结构机制砂及机制砂混凝土》检测机制砂颗粒形貌有时会出现因检测结果误差较大产生争议的现象,简要介绍动态粒度粒形分析仪的组成、工作原理,机制砂颗粒圆形度和长径比检测和计算方法。通过分析圆形度、长径比以及颗粒总数、细度模数检测结果,得出长径比与圆形度检测结果重复性较好的结论。提出采取如下建议以减少检测误差:取前3次检测结果算术平均值作为检测结果,及时收集每次检测结束后残留在送料漏斗、送料槽中附着的砂粒,拓宽分析仪内置检测面积,调整分析仪暗箱落料口尺寸与分析仪图像识别区大小,将粒径尺寸大于4.75 mm的样品在取样时筛净,动态粒度粒形分析仪的检测删除条件设定为直径小于75μm等。In view of the Q/CR-TKT-000047—2019 Manufactured sand and manufactured sand concrete for cast in situ structure in railway engineering,the appearance of sand particles in the detection mechanism is sometimes disput⁃ed due to the large error in the detection results.This paper briefly introduces the composition of dynamic particle size&morphology analyzer,working principle,the manufactured sand roundness,ratio of length to diameter,and cal⁃culation method.The results of measurement of circularity,ratio of length to diameter,total number of particles and fineness modulus were emphatically analyzed,and the results of measurement of ratio of length to diameter and circu⁃larity were concluded to have good repeatability.The following suggestions are proposed to reduce the detection error:take the arithmetic mean value of the first three test results as the detection result,collect the sand particles remain⁃ing in the feeding hopper and feeding trough after each test in time,widen the built-in detection area of the analyzer,adjust the size of the blanking hole of the analyzer and the size of the image recognition area of the analyzer,screen the samples with particle size greater than 4.75 mm during sampling,and set the detection deletion condition of the analyzer to be less than 75μm in diameter.
