靳三针治疗缺血性中风痉挛期偏瘫的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨靳三针在缺血性中风痉挛期偏瘫中的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月本院收治的缺血性中风痉挛期偏瘫患者70例,按治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=35,采用常规康复治疗)和观察组(n=35,采用对照组+靳三针治疗)。比较两组四肢运动功能、生活能力及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组FMA和ADL评分升高且显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用靳三针治疗缺血性中风痉挛期偏瘫患者效果显著,能恢复肢体运动,提高患者生活能力,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Jin Sanzhen on hemiplegia during spastic ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 70 patients with hemiplegia during spastic ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and they were divided into control group(n=35,using conventional rehabilitation treatment)and observation group(n=35,use the control group+Jin Sanzhen for treatment).The motor function,life ability and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the FMA and ADL scores of the observation group increased and were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jin Sanzhen are effective in treating patients with hemiplegia during spastic ischemic stroke.It can restore limb movement,improve the patients’living ability,and improve their quality of life,it is worthy of clinical application.
