冠心病患者检测4种血清标志物的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者检测血清胆红素(TBIL)、肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、尿酸(UA)和B型钠尿肽(BNP)的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年12月本院收治的120例冠心病患者的临床资料(冠心病组),同时选取非冠心病胸痛患者50例(非冠心病组)及健康体检者50名(对照组)。检测并比较两组TBIL、cTnI、UA和BNP水平。结果冠心病组患者TBIL水平低于非冠心病组与对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠心病组患者的cTnI、UA与BNP水平高于非冠心病组与对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);非冠心病组与对照组的TBIL、cTnI、UA和BNP水平差异无统计学意义;血清TBIL、cTnI、UA和BNP联合检测诊断冠心病的灵敏度为86.67%,特异度为84.00%。结论冠心病患者检测血清TBIL、cTnI、UA和BNP的效果显著,可为冠心病的诊断提供参考价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum bilirubin(TBIL),troponin(cTnI),uric acid(UA)and B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with coronary heart disease(coronary heart disease group)were retrospectively analyzed from January 2018 to December 2019.At the same time,50 patients with chest pain(non coronary heart disease group)and 50 healthy people(control group)were selected.TBIL,cTnI,UA and BNP levels were detected and compared between two groups.Results The level of TBIL in CHD group was lower than that in non CHD group and control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of c TnI,UA and BNP in CHD group was higher than that in non CHD group and control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of TBIL,cTnI,UA and BNP in non CHD group and control group had no statistical significance.The sensitivity and specificity of UA and BNP were 86.67%and84.00%,respectively.Conclusion The results of serum TBIL,cTnI,UA and BNP in patients with coronary heart disease are accurate,which can provide reference value for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
