胫骨高位截骨术(HTO)治疗早期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床应用与研究

摘　　要：目的讨论在早期膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床诊治过程中应用胫骨高位截骨术(HTO)进行治疗的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月于本院进行诊治的早期膝关节骨性关节炎患者40例作为研究对象,给予全部患者胫骨高位截骨术疗法治疗,收集患者的临床诊治资料并对资料展开回顾性的整合分析。观察记录患者的骨折愈合优良率、骨折愈合时长、术后不良反应的发生情况,记录比较治疗前后患者的疼痛评分及膝胫骨角角度。结果患者的骨折愈合优良率为92.50%;骨折愈合时长平均(13.29±1.38)周;40例患者均未产生骨不愈合、螺钉断裂、感染等不良反应,即不良反应的发生率为0.00%;与治疗前比较,治疗后患者的疼痛评分明显降低(P<0.05),膝胫骨角角度呈现明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在早期膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床诊治过程中应用胫骨高位截骨术效果显著,能有效改善患者的膝关节功能,减缓患者的疼痛感,有助于加快患者术后的康复进程,临床应用价值理想。Objective To discuss the clinical application value of high tibial osteotomy(HTO)in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with early knee osteoarthritis.Methods 40 patients with early knee osteoarthritis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with high tibial osteotomy therapy,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment data of the patients were collected and analyzed.The data carries out a retrospective integrated analysis.Observe and record the good rate of fracture healing,the length of fracture healing,and the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions,and record and compare the pain scores of patients before and after treatment and the angle of knee tibia angle.Results The fracture healing rate of patients was 92.50%.The average length of fracture healing was(13.29±1.38)weeks,none of the 40 patients had adverse reactions such as bone nonunion,screw breakage,infection,etc.,that is,the incidence of adverse reactions was 0.00%.Compared with before treatment,the pain score of the patient was significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05),and the angle of the knee tibial angle was significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high tibial osteotomy in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with early knee osteoarthritis has a significant effect.It can effectively improve the knee joint function of the patient,alleviate the pain of the patient,and help accelerate the rehabilitation process of the patient,with ideal clinical application value.
