摘　　要：因业务需要很多系统采用异地分级部署,为提高管理效益,实现异地系统纵向贯通,即数据呈现实时同步,显得尤为必要。对此,阐述DSG RealSync实时数据同步技术,并将其应用于省网络、省公司人力资源管理数据的实时同步传输。实践证明,该技术使企业大大提高了管理效率和经济效益,应用状况良好,达到预期目标。Due to business needs,off-site hierarchical deployment is used in many systems,in order to improve management efficiency.The importance of realizing the vertical integration of off-site systems,that is,the real-time synchronization of data,is particularly prominent.This paper introduces DSG RealSync real-time data synchronization technology and uses it to solve the problem of real-time synchronous transmission of human resources management data.The off-site system data synchronization technology has proved helpful for management efficiency and economic benefits.
