摘　　要：痹病病机复杂,病情缠绵,为临床常见病、多发病,治疗颇为棘手。现从病因病机、治疗特色、常用对药方面总结刘健教授治疗痹病的经验。刘健教授认为,脾虚是痹病的重要原因,提出"痹病从脾论治"的理论,临证以健脾化湿,调护后天为大法;化痰祛瘀,贯穿始终;因时制宜,多种疗法综合使用。处方用药配伍精当,善用对药,疗效显著。Arthralgia disease pathogenesis is a complex,lingering and common disease,which is difficult to treat.This paper summarizes Professor Liu Jian’s experience in the treatment of arthralgia from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic characteristics and common drugs.He believes that spleen deficiency is an important cause of arthralgia,and puts forward the theory of"treating arthralgia from spleen".The clinical syndrome is to invigorate spleen and dissipate dampness,adjust and protect the day after tomorrow as the great method;dissipate phlegm and remove blood stasis,run through all the time;adapt measures according to the times and use a variety of treatments.Prescription drug compatibility is fine,good use of drugs,the curative effect is remarkable.
