水调散湿敷治疗慢性运动性闭合性软组织损伤研究

摘　　要：目的分析水调散湿敷联合局部电针疗法对慢性运动性闭合性软组织损伤患者疗效及对VAS疼痛评分、Oswestry评分、生活质量的影响。方法选择慢性运动性闭合性软组织损伤患者180例为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为2组,各90例:对照组接受局部电针联合羌族药方浸酒外涂,观察组接受水调散湿敷联合局部电针治疗。分析2组患者的临床效果,统计VAS疼痛评分、Oswestry评分、生活质量评分的变化。分析2组患者治疗后TNF-α及IL6水平变化。结果水调散湿敷联合局部电针疗法的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后VAS疼痛评分及Oswestry评分均明显降低(P<0.05)而生活质量评分明显升高(P<0.05)。2组治疗后TNF-α及IL6水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。观察组上述评分及炎症因子水平变化程度比对照组患者更显著(P<0.05)。结论水调散湿敷联合局部电针疗法能有效治疗慢性运动性闭合性软组织损伤,且其作用可能与影响炎症因子水平有关。Objective To study the effect of Shuitiao San wet compress combined with local electro-acupuncture therapy on chronic closed motor soft tissue injury and its influence on VAS pain score,Oswestry score and quality of life.Methods Atotal of 180 patients with chronic closed motor soft tissue injury were studied and divided into two groups according to random number method.The patients in the control group(n=90)received local electro-acupuncture combined with liquor dipping and external application of Qiang nationality prescription.Observation group(n=90)patients received water regulating and dispersing wet compress combined with local electro-acupuncture treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed,and the changes of VAS pain score,Oswestry score and quality of life score were counted.This study also analyzed the changes of TNF-alpha and IL6 levels in two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of Shuitiao San wet compress combined with local electro-acupuncture therapy was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS pain score and Oswestry score in both groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the quality of life score increased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-6 in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The above scores and levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were more significant than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuitiao San wet compress combined with local electro-acupuncture therapy can effectively treat chronic closed motor soft tissue injury,and its effect may be related to the level of inflammatory factors.
