摘　　要：目的探讨血小板计数(PLT)与红细胞比容(HCT)联合检测对代谢综合征(MetS)的预测价值。方法选择2016年1月-2019年8月于本院体检中心进行体检的人群818例,判断MetS发生情况,调查人群的一般资料并进行MetS预测分析。结果在818例体检人群中,检出MetS 88例,检出率为10.8%,MetS组的收缩压、舒张压、血脂、血糖与非MetS组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MetS组的PLT与HCT值显著高于非MetS组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性检验显示PLT、HCT值与收缩压、舒张压、LDL-C与血糖都有显著相关性(P<0.05);多变量GE分析显示PLT、HCT对MetS都有较高的预测价值(P<0.05)。结论PLT、HCT在MetS呈现高表达水平,与患者血压、血脂与血糖水平显著相关,也可预测MetS的发生。Objective To investigate the predictive value of platelet count(PLT)and hematocrit(HCT)in the detection of metabolic syndrome(MetS).Methods From January 2016 to August 2019,a total of 818 patients who underwent physical examination at the physical examination center of our hospital were selected to judge the occurrence of MetS,and the general data of the population were investigated and MetS prediction analysis were performed.Results There were 88 patients of MetS were detected that the detection rates weres 10.8%.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood lipids,blood glucose compared between the non-MetS group and the MetS group were significantly different(P<0.05).The PLT and HCT values of the MetS group were significantly higher than those of the non-MetS group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation test showed that PLT and HCT values were significantly correlated with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,LDL-C and blood glucose(P<0.05).Multivariate GE analysis showed that PLT and HCT had higher predictive value for MetS(P<0.05).Conclusion PLT and HCT have high expression levels in MetS,which are significantly correlated with blood pressure,blood lipids and blood glucose levels,and can predict the occurrence of MetS.
