品管圈循环管理对直肠癌患者临时造口周围皮炎发生率的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对直肠癌临时造口患者造口周围皮炎发生率的干预效果。方法选择2017年1月-6月103例直肠癌临时造口患者为对照组(活动前),进行前期现状调查和数据收集,通过品管圈活动设定目标。选择2017年7月-12月107例直肠癌临时造口患者为试验组(活动后)。制定对策方案,结合PDCA循环管理实施改进措施后评价品管圈活动的效果。结果活动后临时造口患者造口周围皮炎发生率明显降低,总体生活质量以及社会交往、造口袋对患者的影响、睡眠3各维度显著提高,对延续性护理服务满意度提高。结论将品管圈活动应用于降低临时造口患者造口护理工作中,可减少造口周围皮炎的发生率,提高患者的生活质量,提高患者的对护理服务的满意度。Objective To explore the intervention effect of quality control circle on the incidence rate of stoma around rectal cancer patients undergoing temporary stoma.Methods A total of 103 cases of rectal cancer from January to June 2017 were selected as the control group(before the activity),and the preliminary investigation and data collection were carried out in the early stage,and the target was set through the activities of the product tube circle.A total of 107 patients with rectal cancer undergoing temporary stoma from July to December 2017 were selected as experimental group(after activity).The implementation plan for the implementation of quality control circle activities will be evaluated after the implementation of improvement measures in the PDCA cycle management.Results The incidence of dermatitis around the stoma after temporary stomatostomy was significantly reduced.The overall quality of life,social communication,the influence of making pocket to the patients,the 3 dimensions of sleep increased significantly,and the satisfaction of continuous nursing service was increased.Conclusion It can reduce the incidence of dermatitis around the stoma,improve the quality of life of the patients and improve the satisfaction of the patient’s nursing service by applying the activities of the tube circle to reduce the stomatostomy nursing of patient’s with temporary stoma.
