快速康复护理应用于前交叉韧带重建术后的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复护理模式在前交叉韧带重建术后护理中的应用效果分析。方法选取我院2018年1月-10月期间收治的60例前交叉韧带重建术患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组仅实施常规术后护理,观察组则实施快速康复护理模式。分别就2组的Lysholm评分、住院时间、住院费用及疼痛评分等相关指标进行客观比较。结果观察组的Lysholm评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的住院时间、住院费用较对照组明显缩短和降低(P<0.01)观察组的术后6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论前交叉韧带重建术后应用快速康复护理是有效的,不仅能缩短住院天数、减少住院费用、加速患肢功能恢复,还能减轻患者疼痛。Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in nursing after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods From January to Otctoberugust 2018,60 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each.The control group only carried out routine postoperative nursing,while the observation group carried out rapid rehabilitation nursing mode.Lysholm scores,hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and pain scores of the two groups were compared objectively.Results Compared with the control group,the Lysholm score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were significantly shorter and lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 48 h after operation(P<0.01).Conclusion It is effective to apply rapid rehabilitation nursing after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.It can not only shorten the hospitalization days,reduce hospitalization expenses,accelerate the recovery of limb function,but also alleviate the pain of patients.
