手术患者围术期压力性损伤管理现状的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨手术患者围术期压力性损伤的管理现状,为进一步改善管理方案提供依据。方法目的性选样选取吉林省某三甲医院脊柱外科、手术室、PACU护士进行半结构化访谈,并对访谈资料采用Colaizzi七步分析法分析。结果共提炼6个主题,分别为相关知识缺乏,需加强培训;人员设施缺乏;评估工具不适用;重视程度倦怠,监督管理机制待完善;缺乏对于围术期患者的全程管理;健康宣教不到位。结论应加强术中压力性损伤相关知识培训,促进科室间交流,加强管理力度,选用合适的评估工具,加强对患者的健康宣教,开展围术期压力性损伤全程管理,从而改善管理现状,提高护理质量。Objective To explore the management status of intraoperative pressure injury and provide the basis for further improvement of management plan.Methods Objective sampling method was adopted to select spinal surgery,operating room and PACU nurses in a third-grade grade a hospital in Jilin province for semi-structured interview,and Colaizzi seven-step analysis method was used to analyze the interview data.Results A total of 6 themes were extracted,which were lack of relevant knowledge and need to strengthen training;lack of personnel facilities;assessment tools are not applicable;attach importance to the degree of burnout,supervision to be strengthened;lack of continuity in management;health education is not in place.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the training of intraoperative pressure injury related knowledge,promote inter-department communication,strengthen the management,select appropriate assessment tools,strengthen the health education of patients,and carry out the whole management of perioperative pressure injury,so as to improve the management status and the quality of care.
