互联网+护理医疗服务应用于老年高血压患者延续性护理效果探析

摘　　要：目的探讨在针对老年高血压患者的延续护理中,使用互联网+护理医疗模式的应用效果。方法共选取2018年1月-2019年6月入住老年病科老年高血压患者40例为研究对象,采取随机方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组进行常规的出院指导,按时复诊;观察组在对照组的基础上,通过互联网+护理服务模式如通过论坛、微信、QQ、短信提醒等方式对其进行延续性护理。比较2组的生活质量得分情况。结果在实施互联网+护理医疗服务对观察组老年高血压患者进行延续性护理干预后,观察组干预后生活质量优于干预前,且得分情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互联网+护理医疗服务在老年高血压患者延续护理中的应用效果明确。互联网+护理医疗服务模式在医护人员与老年患者及其家属间建立起沟通交流的平台,从而实现有连续性、针对性、动态性的延续性护理,切实改善患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of Internet+nursing medical services in the continuous care of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 40 elderly hypertension patients admitted to geriatrics department from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 20 cases.The control group was carried out routine discharge guidance,timely follow-up;the observation group on the basis of the control group,was given continuous care through the Internet nursing service mode such as through forums,WeChat,QQ、SMS reminders and other ways.The quality of life scores in both groups were compared.Results After the implementation of Internet+nursing medical services intervention in the observation group,the quality of life of the elderly patients with hypertension in the observation group was better than that before the intervention,and the score was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Internet+nursing medical services in the continuous care of elderly hypertensive patients is clear.The Internet+Nursing Medical Service model establishes a platform for communication between medical staff and elderly patients and their families,thereby achieving continuous,targeted,dynamic and continuous care,and the quality of life of patients.
