快速康复护理对应用角膜绷带镜的翼状胬肉切除患者术后舒适度及术后疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的分析翼状胬肉手术患者应用角膜绷带镜治疗后实施快速康复护理的效果。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月在我院行翼状胬肉手术且术后接受角膜绷带镜治疗的患者120例,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各60例。观察组术后实施快速康复护理,对照组在术后实施常规护理。对2组护理效果进行比较。结果观察组护理后刺激感、烧灼感、刺痛感、流泪、睁眼困难评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1 d、3 d、7 d的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的住院时间、住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对翼状胬肉术后接受角膜绷带镜治疗的患者实施快速康复护理能够加快患者康复,减轻术后疼痛程度,减少住院时间和费用,提升患者舒适度。Objective To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing after treatment of pterygium surgery with corneal bandage.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent pterygium surgery in our hospital from May 20 to May 2019 and received corneal bandage surgery were enrolled according to the order of admission.60 patients in observation group underwent rapid rehabilitation care.Another 60 patients in control group underwent routine nursing after surgery.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the irritating sensation,burning sensation,tingling sensation,tearing and blinking difficulty scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group at 1,3 and 7 days after operation(P<0.05);the hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation therapy for patients undergoing corneal bandage surgery after pterygium can accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce postoperative pain,reduce hospitalization time and costs,and improve patient comfort.
