摘  要:为了解城市居民对当前公交信息化服务评价,以上海市杨浦区为例,进行了关于城市公交信息化服务的问卷调查,获取乘客个人属性、公交出行信息化使用、信息化服务评价和出行意向等主要信息。以公交信息化使用者视角,重点关注乘客对信息化推荐路线满意度和信息准确度情况,分别构建关于城市公交信息化路线服务满意度和信息准确性评价的有序Logit模型。模型结果显示职业、乘车候车时间等因素对乘客公交信息化路线服务满意度有显著影响,而乘客出行查询信息频率、乘客是否曾因车内拥挤以及司机未进站停车而造成延误等因素对公交信息准确度评价有重要影响。In order to understand the opinion of urban residents on current public transit information services,we had a questionnaire survey on urban public transit information services in Yangpu District,Shanghai,to obtain such information as passenger personal attributes,public transit information utilization,comment on the information services and travel intention,etc.Then,from the perspective of a user of the public transit information services,we examined the passengers'satisfaction with the information-based recommended routes and the accuracy of the recommendation,constructed respectively an orderly Logit model for the evaluation of urban transit information-based route service satisfaction and information accuracy.The result showed that factors such as occupation and waiting time had significant impact on passenger satisfaction,while frequency of passenger travel query information,whether passengers suffered from delay due to carriage congestion or the driver's failure to stop at a station,etc.,significantly affected the evaluation of information accuracy.
