摘　　要：本文介绍了一种应用于屠宰加工厂的间接制冷系统。提出了其在实际工程中不同的应用形式,分析了其优缺点,同时介绍了该系统的运行方法。该系统将制冷剂充注量大大缩减,在安全性、环保性上优于直冷系统,同时系统操作简单,合理的使用具有较好的经济性。该间接制冷技术在屠宰加工厂中具有较好的应用前景。An indirect refrigeration system was introduced in a slaughter factory.Different application forms in practical engineering are proposed,their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,and the operation method of the system is also introduced.This system greatly reduces the refrigerant charge,and it is superior to the direct cooling system in terms of safety and environmental protection.At the same time,the system is simple to operate and reasonable use has good economy.This indirect refrigeration technology has better application prospects in slaughter factory.
