摘  要:新冠肺炎出现,可能导致某段特殊时期传染病医院数量远远不能满足大量的病人需求,暖通空调工程设计人员非常有必要改进设计思路,以便于普通综合性医院能在疫情期间发挥最大作用。文章分析了普通医院、传染病医院的常规空调系统设计形式,结合实例提出了一种比较实用的辐射空调末端+新风系统的医院空调系统设计。普通医院空调系统采用该设计,室内无循环风从而可避免二次交叉感染。一旦传染病爆发时,普通医院可迅速应急转换为传染病医院使用,为疫情防控争取宝贵时间。With the outbreak of COVID-19,sometimes the number of infectious diseases hospitals is far from meeting the needs of large numbers of patients,HVAC engineering designers are very necessary to improve their design ideas,so that ordinary general hospitals can play the greatest role during the epidemic.Based on the analysis of HVAC designing formats between the general and the infectious diseases hospitals,together with the authentic examples,we herein proposed a practical HVAC design format for hospitals with radiation air-conditioning terminals plus fresh air ventilating system.With this improved HVAC designing,the general hospitals can ensure no indoor circulated ventilation,and thus avoid the potential cross infections.Once the infectious diseases break out,the general hospitals can be rapidly transformed into the emergency infectious diseases hospitals for use,so as to save valuable time for epidemic prevention and control.
