扁担河民营工业园段总磷污染特征及来源分析

摘  要:通过对扁担河及其支流进行总磷污染特征及来源分析,确定了种植业是总磷污染的主要来源,磷肥及有机磷农药的使用导致老扁担河总磷污染,闸站排水引起扁担河民营工业园断面总磷浓度异常。提出发展生态循环农业,建设污水管网和农村分散式污水处理站及配套设施,为扁担河民营工业园段区域水环境治理提供建议,为下一步的环境监管工作指引方向。Based on the analysis of the characteristics and sources of total phosphorus pollution in biandanhe River and its tributaries,it is determined that the main source of total phosphorus pollution is determined by planting industry.The total phosphorus pollution in laobiandanhe river is caused by the use of phosphate fertilizer and organophosphorus pesticide,and the abnormal concentration of total phosphorus in the section of biandanhe private industrial park is caused by the drainage of sluice station.This paper puts forward the development of ecological circular agriculture,the construction of sewage pipe network and rural decentralized sewage treatment station and supporting facilities,which provides suggestions for the regional water environment governance of the private industrial park section of biandanhe River,and guides the direction of environmental supervision in the next step.
