摘 要:当前因为苯乙烯所造成的大气污染问题已经成为民众关注的重点,本文以此为背景,借助自主研发的管式生物过滤器来对较低浓度的苯乙烯废气进行有效处理,对处理开始阶段不同进气浓度和停留时间所造成去除苯乙烯废气效果予以分析和研究。通过研究结果发现,该过滤器相比于传统应用的生物过滤器可以有效解决在应用过程中营养液以及VOCs等成分分布不均问题,并能够有效去除较低浓度的苯乙烯废气,大约20天左右可以实现对生物过滤器的启动。在该过程中进口苯乙烯浓度分别为20.0mg/m^3、40.0mg/m^3和80.0mg/m^3,当设置的系统停留时间为15s,计算得到的去除率分别为95.5%、92.4%和50.2%;在进口苯乙烯气体浓度为160.0mg/m^3、80.0mg/m^3和40.0mg/m^3,停留时间分别为60s、30s和15s时,苯乙烯去除效率都高达90%以上。At present,the air pollution caused by styrene has become the focus of public attention.Based on this background,this paper uses the self-developed steward biofilter to effectively treat the low concentration styrene waste gas,and analyzes and studies the removal effect of styrene waste gas caused by different inlet concentration and retention time at the beginning of treatment.The results show that compared with the traditional biofilter,the filter can effectively solve the problem of uneven distribution of nutrients and VOCs in the application process,and can effectively remove the styrene waste gas with low concentration.The biofilter can start up in about 20 days.In this process,the imported styrene concentration is 20.0 mg/m^3,40.0 mg/m^3 and 80.0 mg/m^3 respectively.When the system residence time is set at 15s,the calculated removal rates are 95.5%,92.4%and 50.2%,respectively;when the inlet styrene gas concentration is 160.0 mg/m^3,80.0 mg/m^3 and 40.0 mg/m^3,and the residence time is 60 s,30 s and 15 s,the removal efficiency of styrene is more than 90%.
