摘　　要：蘑菇是重要的天然产物来源之一,近年来从蘑菇中分离到许多具有药用潜力的次生代谢产物。药理学研究显示,蘑菇及其代谢产物具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤及免疫增强活性。萜类化合物是蘑菇来源次级代谢产物的主要成分之一,数量庞大。本文就近十年来从蘑菇及蘑菇来源真菌中分离得到的萜类化合物进行综述,为蘑菇来源萜类化合物的研究提供参考。Mushrooms are one of the main sources of natural products.In recent years,many bioactive secondary metabolites have been isolated from mushrooms.Pharmacological studies have showed that mushrooms possess antibacterial,antiviral,anti-inflam⁃matory,anti-oxidative,antitumor and immune enhancing activities.Terpenoid is a big family of the natural products from mush⁃rooms,with a broad range of bioactivities.This article reviews the terpenoids isolated from mushroom in recent ten years and their bio⁃activities.
