摘 要:为深入研究旋流杯安装角、两级流量比、二级流通面积和套筒扩张角对火焰筒头部冷态流场的影响,采用2D-3C粒子图像测速仪在常温常压下开展了相关试验研究。结果显示:适当增加叶片安装角可增大气流的径向与切向速度分量,这一效果有助于提高油气掺混质量;内外两级流量比的增加将导致高速脉动区域向内部移动,有利于燃油雾化,但回流区较窄、轴向速度较大,不利于稳定火焰和合理温度场的形成;随着二级旋流面积的增大,回流区直径增大,射流速度降低,有利于稳定火焰;套筒扩张段在一定程度上对旋转射流起引导作用,增大套筒扩张角将导致气流径向扩散能力加强。In order to deeply study the influence of the installation angle,the two-stage mass flow rate ratio,the second-stage flow area and the divergence angle of the sleeve of the swirl cup on the non-reacting flow field of the flame tube head,a 2D-3C PIV was used to carry out relevant experiments under normal temperature and pressure.The results show that an appropriate increase in the installation angle of the swirler blades would enhance the radial and tangential velocity components of the airflow.This effect is beneficial to improving the quality of oil and gas mixing.The increase in the ratio of the mass flow rate of the inner and outer stages would cause the high-speed pulsation area to move inwards.It is conducive to fuel atomization.However,the recirculation zone is narrow and the axial velocity is high,which plays an negative effect on the formation of a stable flame and a reasonable temperature field.With the increase of the secondary swirling area,the diameter of the recirculation zone increases and the jet velocity decreases.It is beneficial to stabilizing the flame.The divergence section of the sleeve plays a vital role in guiding the swirling jet to a certain extent.The radial diffusion capacity of the airflow increases,with the increasement of the divergence angle.
