摘　　要：通过了解美国油气田勘探开发中钻井固体废物和含油污泥的属性判断和环境管理方式,得到我国相关行业环境管理的启示,由此提出建议:对钻井固体废物和含油污泥进行系统深入的调查评估,以便能够进行精细化管理;在符合国家政策要求的基础上鼓励各地开展符合地方特色的环境管理;鼓励技术服务机构和行业协会参与到环境管理当中,从而形成多方参与、灵活多样、协同高效的管理方式。By understanding the attributive judgment and environmental management style about soild waste and oil contamination during oil and gas drilling in America,some enlightenments were got for the environmental management of relevant industries in China.So some suggestions were put forward.Systematizing survey evaluation to soild waste and oil contamination of oil and gas drilling should be done to detailed management.Developing the environmental management which according with local characteristics should be encouraged based on national policies.It should be encouraged that technical services institutions and industry associations taking part in the environment management.Then the environment management style of multi-party participation and synergy efficiency could be build.
