Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in gouty arthritis joint damage. Methods 60 patients with gouty arthritis were treated as observation group, and 58 patients with non-gouty arthritis were treated as control group. The characteristics of high frequency ultrasound in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Statistics showed that the incidence of double-track sign,snowstorm-like sign, gout stone and other indicators in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there were significant differences between the data groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in synovial hyperplasia, soft tissue edema, joint effusion, blood flow and other indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).The positive rate of gout stone, tendon interior point and mass strong echo index in patients with arthritis was lower than that in patients with chronic stage, while the incidence of blood flow was higher than that in patients with chronic stage. There was significant difference among the data groups(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound has significant clinical value in the diagnosis of gouty arthritis.
