摘  要:坦克炮控系统的快速故障定位与高效检修是我国陆军军械装备未来研究发展的重点方向。研制了一种由检测电缆、信号调理板、PCI数据采集卡、工控机和综合检测软件等几部分组成的坦克炮控系统综合检测平台。综合检测软件操作开关量输出卡和信号调理板,控制被测部件的相应接触器或继电器开关动作,模拟被测试工况完成部件功能测试。详细分析设计了信号调理电路板与综合检测平台整体结构。采用故障树分析方法对炮控箱故障进行总体分析、梳理,并建立了炮控箱故障树。该综合检测平台可完成对5种型号坦克中的炮控箱、电机放大机控制盒和陀螺仪组等部件的综合检测和故障诊断。It is the key direction in which fault location rapidly and maintenance efficiently of tank gun control system for the future ordnance equipment research of China s Army.A comprehensive detection platform for tank gun control system was developed in this paper.This platform is mainly composed of detection cable,signal conditioning board,PCI data acquisition card,industrial computer and comprehensive detection software.Furthermore,the comprehensive detection software can open or close the corresponding relay switch of the tested component by operating the switch output card and the signal conditioning board,and completing the functional test of the component under the simulated test conditions.The comprehensive detection platform for the gun control system was designed both in overall and the structure of the signal conditioning circuit board and the comprehensive detection platform in detail especially.In addition,the fault tree diagnosis method was used to locate the fault of the gun control box.This platform can complete the comprehensive detection and fault diagnosis for the gun control box,motor amplifier control box and gyroscope group in the five types of tanks.
