摘　　要：蛇毒中富含多种对人体治疗疾病有利的蛋白质及相关活性物质。本文介绍了目前蛇毒中对治疗心肌梗死的一些有效成分,分析了去整合素、蛇毒生长因子、尖吻蝮蛇毒血浆蛋白C激活物PCA、蛇毒去纤溶酶、库尼茨型缓蚀剂、血栓素2(Lebetin2)等物质从不同角度对心肌梗死的治疗作用,以及蛇毒对心肌梗死的诊断及治疗取得的一些成果,旨在明确蛇毒对心肌梗死有效成分的作用机制,为心肌梗死的治疗提供新的研究方向。Snake venom is rich in many kinds of proteins and related active substances that are beneficial to the human body in the treatment of diseases.This paper introduces the snake venom in the treatment of myocardial infarction in some active ingredients,analyzed to integrin,growth factor of venom,plasma protein C activation PCA of Agkistrodon acutus venom,venomous fibrinolytic enzyme,Kunitz type corrosion inhibitor,thromboxane 2(Lebetin2)such as substances,effect on the treatment of myocardial infarction from different angles,and some achievements of the snake venom on the diagnosis and treatment of myocardial infarction,to clear the mechanism of action of snake venom active ingredients of myocardial infarction,offers a new research direction for the treatment of myocardial infarction.
