摘　　要：中华眼镜蛇(Naja naja atra)又名舟山眼镜蛇,是我国十大毒蛇之一。本文在查阅以往文献的基础上,简述了中华眼镜蛇咬伤致肿胀的机理,并从静脉药物、物理疗法、口服药物、外敷药物四个方面将治疗方法进行汇总,为临床工作提供便利,也为治疗方法的拓展提供思路。The Chinese Cobra,also known as Zhoushan Cobra,is one of the top ten venomous snakes in China.On the basis of reviewing the previous literature,this paper briefly describes the mechanism of the swelling caused by Chinese cobra bite,and summarizes the treatment methods from four aspects:intravenous drugs,physical therapy,oral drugs and externally applied drugs,so as to provide convenience for clinical work and ideas for the expansion of treatment method.
