摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对特发性震颤患者情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2020年4月我院收治的90例特发性震颤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施心理护理,并对两组患者的情绪状态、睡眠质量和生活质量进行分析比较。结果实施护理后,观察组患者的汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施心理护理能缓解特发性震颤患者的不良情绪,改善睡眠质量,从而提高了患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing on mood and quality of life in essential tremor patients.Methods 90 patients with essential tremor admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to April 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given psychological nursing.The emotional state,sleep quality and life quality of the two groups were observed and compared.Results After nursing,scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).The life quality of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing can relieve the bad mood,improve the sleep quality and improve the life quality of the patients with essential tremor.
