摘　　要：本文通过匹配城市层面不同产业的就业数据与中国家庭追踪调查2010年成人库数据,用产业的就业扩张衡量产业的就业结构变动,考察总体产业和不同细分产业的就业扩张对居民收入代际流动的影响。研究结果表明:(1)父代收入与子代收入之间存在明显的代际传递,且中国父代和子代的收入代际流动性仍较强。(2)城市产业总体就业扩张、第二产业和服务业的就业扩张可减弱代际收入相关性,促进收入的代际流动。各种稳健性检验表明结果是稳健的。(3)机制分析发现,中高端服务业的就业扩张提高了子代的平均受教育年限,提高子代进入中高端服务业工作的概率,减弱代际收入相关性,促进收入的代际流动。Do the changes in employment structure of urban industries affect social intergenerational mobility?This paper investigates the impact of employment expansion of the whole industry and different subindustries on intergenerational income mobility by matching the employment data of industries at the city level with the 2010 adult data from the Chinese Family Panel Study.The results indicate that:(1)There is a significant intergenerational transmission in income,while intergenerational income mobility is still at a higher level in China.(2)The employment expansion of the whole and service industry can reduce the extent of intergenerational income transmission and increase intergenerational income mobility.The robustness of our results are demonstrated by estimating alternative models.(3)The mechanism analysis shows that employment expansions in the mid-end and high-end service industries increase the average years of schooling of the second generation,increase the probability entering the mid-end or high-end service industry for the second generation,decrease intergenerational income correlation,and promote intergenerational income mobility.
