摘 要:为探究氧化铂(PtO2)作为吸附剂在低温容器夹层的吸氢特性,采用静态膨胀法获得了PtO2、PdO、Ag2O及5A分子筛对氢气的吸附等温线,通过比较4种吸附剂对氢气的吸附性能,研究了氧化铂吸附氢气的机理,提出了常用吸附剂PdO配置PtO2、Ag2O的组合吸附剂。此外,利用BET理论、t-Plot法、BJH法分析了氧化铂的孔隙结构信息,为氧化铂在低温容器中的应用提供了理论支撑。结果表明:PdO在较宽平衡压力范围内吸氢性能优异,吸附量能达到1.7×10^4 Pa·L/g;PtO2在平衡压力大于10^ Pa后对氢气的吸附作用较强;Ag2O在平衡压力低于3×10^-1Pa时吸氢量大于PtO2,在2×10^-2Pa左右时吸附性能甚至与PdO相当。低温容器常用吸附剂PdO中按比例配置PtO2、Ag2O形成组合吸附剂,在不整体降低吸附性能的同时,可以较大幅度减少吸附剂费用,提高经济性。PtO2的总孔容积、比表面积、微孔容积、微孔比表面积均大于PdO,孔结构方面的优势使得PtO2能够提供更大的吸附和反应场所。In order to investigate the adsorption characteristics of PtO2 used in the interspace of cryogenic vessels,adsorption isotherms of PtO2、PdO、Ag2O and 5A molecular sieve were obtained by static expansion method.The adsorption performance of different adsorbents on hydrogen was compared by analyzing the isotherms.The mechanism of adsorption of hydrogen by platinum oxide was studied.A combination of commonly used adsorbent PdO with PtO2 and Ag2O as adsorbents is proposed.In addition,the pore structure information of platinum oxide was analyzed by BET theory,t-Plot method and BJH method to guide the application of platinum oxide in cryogenic vessels.The results show that PdO has excellent hydrogen absorption performance in a wide pressure range,and the adsorption capacity can reach about 1.7×10^^4 Pa·L/g.PtO2 has a strong adsorption effect on hydrogen after the equilibrium pressure is greater than 10^ Pa;Ag2O has a hydrogen absorption capacity greater than PtO2 when the equilibrium pressure is lower than 3×10^-1Pa,and its adsorption capacity is comparable to PdO at about 2×10^-2Pa.It is believed that the combination of PtO2 and Ag2O in the hydrogen absorbent PdO commonly used in cryogenic vessels to form combined adsorbents can greatly reduce the cost of the adsorbents and improve the economy while not reducing the overall adsorption performance.The total pore volume,specific surface area,micropore volume,and micropore specific surface area of PtO2 are all larger than that of PdO.The advantages of pore structure allow PtO2 to provide a larger place for adsorption and reaction.
