摘 要:近年来,我国化学制药领域发展速度加快,生物催化技术也应用得更加广泛,借助生物催化剂与化学合成酶催化相结合的方式,能够保证衍生物的多样性,并发现新的生理活性物质,是推动化学制药行业发展的关键。生物催化技术相比于化学合成方法更加简单有效,在保护环境方面优势也更加明显,能够为制药企业创造更大的经济效益。本文对生物催化技术进行了概述,分析了生物催化技术的优势,并以酶催化技术为例,探讨了其在化学制药中的具体应用。In recent years,China's chemical pharmaceutical field has developed rapidly,and the biocatalysis technology has been more widely used.With the combination of biocatalyst and chemical synthase catalysis,the diversity of derivatives can be guaranteed and new physiological active substances can be found,which is the key to promote the development of chemical pharmaceutical industry.Compared with the chemical synthesis method,biocatalysis technology is more simple and effective,and has more obvious advantages in environmental protection,which can create greater economic benefits for pharmaceutical enterprises.This paper first summarizes the biocatalysis technology,then analyzes the advantages of biocatalysis technology,and finally discusses the specific application of biocatalysis technology in chemical pharmacy.
