摘 要:近年来,由于对石油产品的高需求,碳氢化合物污染急剧增加。生物修复技术由于其生态友好和经济的特性而受到关注,已逐渐用于石油污染土壤的修复。微生物可以通过新陈代谢自然降解石油污染物,根据污染类型和现场分布等因素,可以选择在原位和异位进行生物修复,并通过在适当范围内调节氧含量、营养、pH、湿度和温度来改善生物修复。Hydrocarbon contamination has a dramatic increasing in recent years due to high demand of petroleum products.Bioremediation is employed in restoration of petroleum contaminated soil and has gained the attention owing to its eco-friendly and economic features.Microorganisms can naturally degrade petroleum pollutants by metabolism.According the factors including type of contamination and site distribution,bioremediation can be implemented both in situ and ex situ.For bioremediation prospects,itcan improve remediation which by regulation of oxygen content,nutrition,pH,moisture and temperature at an appropriate range.
