摘 要:提出了一种基于基片集成同轴线(SICL)功分器,相比于传统微带结构,该功分器体积更小、抗干扰能力更强,同时利于同逻辑控制电路的集成。基于SICL结构,结合奇偶模分析方法,利用HFSS仿真软件优化设计出了一款6~18 GHz功分器;同时为了方便与平面电路的连接,优化设计了一种SICL到微带的过渡结构。最后,将该功分器进行级联设计出了一分八功分器,与逻辑控制和电源管理印制板混压,减少了电路的布线空间,并进行了加工。测试结果表明,该一分八功分器在6~18 GHz频段内具有较好的驻波以及插损。A power divider based on substrate integrated coaxial line(SICL)is presented in this paper.Compared with traditional microstrip structure,the power divider has smaller volume and stronger anti-interference ability,and it is advantageous to integrate with logic control circuit.This paper uses HFSS simulation software to design a 6~18 GHz power divider based on SICL structure and combining with odd-even mode analysis method,simultaneously optimizes to design a transition structure from SICL to microstrip for facilitating the connection with planar circuits,finally,cascades the power divider to design a 1-8 power divider,and it is mixed with logic control and power supply management PCB,then is processed.which reduces the wiring space of the circuit.The test results show that the 1-8 power divider has good standing wave and insertion loss in the band of 6~18 GHz.
