摘　　要：目的:评价磁控胶囊胃镜在心血管疾病患者中的有效性及安全性。方法:选取2019年4月至2019年11月于中国医学科学院阜外医院行磁控胶囊胃镜检查的心血管疾病患者240例,记录患者消化道疾病检出情况及不适反应。结果:186例(77.5%)患者合并消化道系统疾病,其中急性胃炎36例,糜烂性胃炎96例,十二指肠糜烂1例,慢性萎缩性胃炎20例,胃或十二指肠溃疡7例,贲门炎3例,十二指肠炎17例,小肠炎23例,胃部息肉17例,胃癌1例。仅1例患者因吞咽困难未完成磁控胶囊胃镜检查,无1例胶囊滞留消化道,检查过程患者无不适。结论:磁控胶囊胃镜用于心血管疾病患者消化道检查安全、有效,磁控胶囊胃镜对评估抗血小板药物对于胃黏膜损害的程度有重要意义。Objectives:To explore the feasibility and safety of magnetically controlled capsule endoscopy(MCE)in patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods:240 patients with cardiovascular disease,who underwent MCE in Fuwai Hospital between April 2019 and November 2019,were selected to record the detection results of gastrointestinal disease,success rate of inspection and incidence of discomfort.Results:Acute gastritis was detected in 36 cases,erosive gastritis in 96 cases,duodenal erosion in 1 case,chronic atrophic gastritis in 20 cases,gastric or duodenal ulcer in 7 cases,carditis in 3 cases,duodenitis in 17 cases,small enteritis in 23 cases,gastric polyp in 17 cases by MCE.Only 1 patient did not complete the MCE examination due to dysphagia,and no capsule remained in the digestive tract after the examination.No patient experienced discomfort during and after the examination.Conclusions:MCE is safe and effective for digestive tract examination in patients with cardiovascular disease.MCE is of importance to assess the extent of gastric mucoslal injury caused by antiplatete therapy in patients with cardiovascular disease.
