克霉唑阴道片联合口服替勃龙治疗真菌性阴道炎疗效及对血清雌二醇、卵泡刺激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析联合应用克霉唑阴道片与替勃龙治疗真菌性阴道炎的效果及对血清雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平的影响。方法选取130例2018年1—8月在张家港市中医医院接受治疗的真菌性阴道炎病人,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(65例)和观察组(65例)。对照组给予克霉唑阴道片治疗,观察组给予克霉唑阴道片与替勃龙治疗,疗程1个月。观察并记录病人治疗前后血清FSH、E2水平,症状消失时间以及疗效。结果对照组治疗前、治疗14 d、治疗30 d后FSH分别为(79.8±15.6)、(56.3±13.25)、(41.35±11.62)IU/L,观察组治疗前、治疗14 d、治疗30 d后FSH分别为(79.7±15.2)、(53.6±13.23)、(35.75±11.63)IU/L。随着治疗的进行两组病人FSH水平呈降低趋势(F=10.643、7.612、9.236,P=0.000、0.012、0.003),但观察组病人降低程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前、治疗14 d、治疗30 d E2分别为(10.43±1.83)、(15.35±1.72)、(17.43±1.77)pmol/L,观察组治疗前、治疗14 d、治疗30 d E2分别为(10.82±1.82)、(18.24±1.76)、(21.34±1.75)pmol/L。经重复方差分析,治疗后两组病人E2水平呈升高趋势(F=11.849、8.482、9.227,P=0.000、0.010、0.001),观察组病人升高程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组外阴瘙痒消失、阴道黏膜充血消失、分泌物消失时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);经秩和检验,观察组病人总有效率显著高于对照组(93.85%比76.92%,P<0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道片与替勃龙能有效调整真菌性阴道炎病人血清FSH、E2水平,改善病人治疗效果,值得在临床广泛推广。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of combined application of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and tibolone in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis and the influence on serum E2(estradiol)and FSH(follicle stimulating hormone)levels.Methods A total of 130 patients with mycotic vaginitis treated in Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to August in 2018 were randomly divided into control group(65 cases)and observation group(65 cases).The control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets,and the observation group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets and tibolone for 1 month.The serum FSH and E2 levels,symptom disappearance time and curative effect were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results FSH level before treatment,14 days and 30 days after treatment was(79.8±15.6),(56.3±13.25)and(41.35±11.62)IU/L in the control group,and(79.7±15.2),(53.6±13.23)and(35.75±11.63)IU/L in the observation group.After repeated analysis of variance,there were significant differences in FSH between the two groups before and after treatment(F=10.643,7.612,9.236,P=0.000,0.012,0.003).With the progress of treatment,the level of FSH in the two groups showed a decreasing trend,but the decreasing degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the E2 levels before treatment,14 days of treatment and 30 days of treatment of the control group were[10.43±1.83,(15.35±1.72),(17.43±1.77)]pmol/L,respectively,while those of the observation group were(10.82±1.82),(18.24±1.76)and(21.34±1.75)pmol/L,respectively.After repeated analysis of variance,there were significant differences in E2 between the two groups before and after treatment(F=11.849,8.482,9.227,P=0.000,0.010,0.001).After treatment,the E2 level of the two groups showed an increasing trend,but the increasing degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of symptoms between the two groups
