摘 要:目的:探索长时抗阻运动与长时有氧运动对执行功能影响的差异。方法:以60名上海市某高校女大学生为被试,将其随机分为抗阻运动组、有氧运动组和对照组。抗阻运动组以8周中等强度的抗阻运动为干预手段,有氧运动组以8周中等强度的有氧健身操为干预手段,对照组则不进行任何干预。采用Stroop任务和N-back任务评估执行功能。结果:1)8周运动后,仅抗阻运动组的Stroop任务表现优于干预前,并且干预后抗阻运动组的Stroop任务表现显著优于有氧运动组和对照组;2)8周运动后,抗阻运动组和有氧运动组的N-back任务表现均得到显著提升,但两种类型的运动对N-back任务的积极效益有所区别,抗阻运动对1-back任务正确率影响显著,而有氧运动对2-back任务正确率影响显著。结论:8周、3次/周、50分钟/次的中等强度抗阻运动和有氧运动能够选择性地改善执行功能,两种类型的运动对执行功能的积极影响存在差异。Objective To explore the different impact of long-term aerobic exercise and resistance exercise on the executive function.Method Sixty female college students were randomly divided into a resistance exercise group,an aerobic exercise group and a control group.The resistance and aerobic exercise group underwent resistance and aerobic exercise of medium-intensity for 8 weeks respectively,while the control group did no exercises.Before and after the intervention,all the three groups were evaluated using the Stroop task and N-back task.Results After 8 weeks of exercise intervention,only the resistance exercise group performed better on the Stroop task compared with before the intervention,and the other two groups at the same time points.After the exercise,significant improvement was observed in the N-back task performance of both exercise groups,but in different fields.The resistance exercise group improved significantly in the 1-back task performance,while the aerobic exercise group did in the 2-bcak task performance.Conclusion Fifty-minute moderate-intensity resistance and aerobic exercise 3 times/week for 8 weeks,can improve executive functions selectively and differently.
