摘 要:该文分析日粮氨基酸对犊牛生长和健康影响情况,择取品种为荷斯坦母牛,3月龄刚断奶48头为研究对象。依照出生时间及具体体重分为4个小组。其中试验组共计3个,对照组1个。对照组喂饲粗蛋白为14.67%粗蛋白的日粮,剩余3个试验组分别饲喂赖氨酸/蛋氨酸比例为2.50∶1.00、3.00∶1.00、3.50∶1.00日粮,其粗蛋白均为12.02%。共计进行2月试验,分析关于日粮氨基酸对犊牛生长和健康影响情况。结果:各小组犊牛初始体重和结束后体重不存在明显差异,P>0.05,在开展试验期间内,3.00:1.00组日增长率最高,达到(834.52±145.52)g/d^-1。相较于对照小组,3.50∶1.00组以及3.00∶1.00组犊牛日均增重分别高出3.31%、10.22%,与对照小组相比,2.50∶1:00组低1.42%。结论:日粮氨基酸对犊牛生长及健康会产生一定影响。赖氨酸/蛋氨酸比例在3.00:1.00时,对于犊牛生长最为有例,且能在极大程度上提升氮利用率。The effects of dietary amino acids on the growth and health of calves were analyzed.Holstein cows were selected as breeds and 48 weaned at 3 months old as subjects.They were divided into 4 groups according to time of birth and specific weight.There were 3 in the experimental group and 1 in the control group.The control group was fed with 14.67%crude protein diet,and the remaining three experimental groups were fed with lysine/methionine ratio of 2.50∶1.00,3.00∶1.00 and 3.50∶1.00 diets,respectively,with crude protein of 12.02%.A total of 2 month trials were conducted to analyze the effects of dietary amino acids on the growth and health of calves.Results:there was no significant difference in the initial weight and the end weight of each group(P>0.05).During the experiment,the daily growth rate of 3.00:1.00 group reached(834.52±145.52)g/d^-1.The average daily gain of calves in the 3.50∶1.00 group and the 3.00∶1.00 group was 3.31%and 10.22%higher than that in the control group,and 1.42%lower than that in the 2.50∶1:00 group.Conclusion:dietary amino acids can affect the growth and health of calves.When the lysine/methionine ratio was 3.00:1.00,it was the most suitable for the growth of calves,and it could increase the nitrogen use efficiency to a great extent.
