足部组织移植拇手指再造的进展评述

摘　　要：拇手指缺损是临床上较常见的手部损伤,修复方法较多。手足同源,组织结构相似,尤其是皮肤的厚度接近,采用足部组织移植修复是最为常用且效果最佳的方法之一。目前拇手指缺损的再造已经从"功能第一、外形第二"过渡到"外形第一、功能第一"的理念,且更加注重足部供区的问题,如何减轻供区的损伤,也成为研究的热点。现就足部组织移植拇手指再造的治疗方法作一简要评述,旨在探讨存在的问题,提高总体的手术效果并减轻供区的损伤。As a kind of clinical common injury with many repair methods,the defect of thumb and finger is mainly treated by the transplantation of tissue on foot because of the homology of hand and foot,the similar tissue structure,especially the similar thickness of skin with hand.At present,the reconstruction principle of thumb and finger defect has changed from"function first,shape second"to"shape first,function first",and pay more attention to the donor area.How to reduce the injury of donor area has been the hotspot of research.This paper briefly reviews the treatment methods of thumb and finger reconstruction with foot tissue transplantation,in order to explore the existing problems,improve the overall surgical efficacy and reduce the injury of the donor area.
