负压抽吸技术治疗项背部脂肪垫的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察应用负压抽吸技术治疗项背部脂肪垫的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2015年3月至2020年6月,采用负压抽吸技术治疗项背部脂肪垫17例患者的临床资料,观察患者术后病变复发情况及局部形态外观。结果本组17例患者术后获随访6个月至3年,术后外形良好,未见复发。结论负压抽吸技术治疗项背部脂肪垫,手术安全有效、术后外形良好,是一种可行及效果较好的方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of negative pressure suction technique in the treatment of nape fat pad.Methods From March 2015 to June 2020,the clinical data of 17 patients with nape fat pad underwent negative pressure suction were retrospectively analyzed.The recurrence and local appearance of these patients after operation were observed.Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years.The postoperative appearance was good and no recurrence was found.Conclusion The negative pressure suction technology is a feasible and effective method in the treatment of nape fat pad.This operation is safe and effective,and the postoperative appearance is good.
