摘　　要：《新莱茵报》是马克思主义诞生后马克思和恩格斯的第一次完整新闻实践,开创了马克思主义新闻观的光荣传统。然而,国内新闻传播界几乎没有接触过原版报纸,更不用说研究。因而,编译《新莱茵报》是必要的。该报具有坚定的革命立场,同时也是遵循新闻规律、报纸经营规律的典范。通过论证《新莱茵报》的经营与广告、新闻与时效,以及文学副刊的特色,我们发现对马克思的党报经营思想、《新莱茵报》"抢新闻"的工作传统、《新莱茵报》把文学副刊置于头版的惯例都还比较陌生,需要重温其这方面的宝贵实践和理论。Running the Neue Rheinische Zeitung is the first complete journalistic practice of Marx and Engels after the birth of Marxism,which creates the glorious tradition of Marxist Journalism.However,no Chinese researcher in journalism and communication academia has read the original newspaper,let alone studied it.Therefore,it is necessary to translate and edit the Neue Rheinische Zeitung.With a firm revolutionary stand,the newspaper is a model to follow the laws of news and newspaper management.This paper covers the management and advertisement,news and timeliness of the Neue Rheinische Zeitung,as well as the characteristics of its literary supplement.As we are quite unfamiliar with Marx’s view on party press management,the Neue Rheinische Zeitung’s tradition of timely publication of news,and their practice of placing the literary supplement on the front page,it is necessary to review their valuable practices and theories in this respect.
