摘　　要：介绍了成品油泵站10 kV电气系统配置、设备运行工况及继电保护工作存在的突出问题。阐述了泵站继电保护配置的改进方案。以实现"三段式保护"为目的,重点探讨了短路电流计算、保护定值整定计算以及保护分级原则。The 10 kV power system configuration,operating condition of equipment and outstanding problems of system relaying in refined oil pipeline pump station are introduced.The improvement scheme of relaying configuration is elaborated.In order to realize the"three-stage-protection",the paper emphasizes on discussing short circuit current calculation,relay setting calculation and the hierarchy principle of relaying.
