摘 要:随着石油化工装置规模日趋增大,大型的220 kV、110 kV总变电站及35 kV区域变电站大量出现。因石油化工装置规模大,需设置能够满足石油化工装置需求的电源装置。目前在石油化工电源装置中常用的电池类型为阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池,与该类电池相关的国家标准、行业标准的要求较为严苛。磷酸铁锂电池近些年技术发展较为成熟,其应用发展在国家新能源战略中占有重要地位。通过对两类电池在安全、环保、记忆效应、放电性能和经济性等方面的分析和对比,详述磷酸铁锂电池在石油化工装置中的应用前景研究。With the increasing scale of petrochemical plants,a large number of 220 kV,110 kV main substations and 35 kV regional substations appear.Due to the large scale of petrochemical plants,it is necessary to set up power supply devices that can meet the needs of petrochemical plants.At present,the battery type commonly used in petrochemical power supply device is valve-regulated sealed lead-acid battery,and the requirements of national and industrial standards related to this type of battery are more stringent.In recent years,the technology development of lithium iron phosphate battery is relatively mature,and its application development plays an important role in the national new energy strategy.In this paper,through the analysis and comparison of the two types of batteries in safety,environmental protection,memory effect,discharge performance,economy,etc.,the application prospect of lithium iron phosphate battery in petrochemical plant is described in detail.
