摘　　要：DW450断路器是一款高性能、小型化的智能型断路器,因其体积明显缩小,对内嵌“附件”的设计提出了更高的要求。采用双线圈结构电磁铁形式并结合控制电路的几个方面开展讨论,在60×29×32 mm的空间里实现了欠压瞬时脱扣或延时脱扣,动作点准确度达±1V,维持状态工作电流仅为20mA,产品完全符合国标要求,并可进行“万次”疲劳实验,为DW450断路器提供了一种高可靠小型化欠压脱扣器优选方案。The new generation of DW450 cireuit breaker is a high-performance,miniaturized and itelligent circuit breaker.Due to its significantly reduced size,it has higher requirements on the design of embedded“accessories”.It akes the form of a double coil structure electromagnet and combines several aspects of the control cireuit to discuss.In the space of 60×29×32 mm,undervoltage instantaneous trip or delayed trip is achieved,and the accuracy of the action point is±1V.The operating current in the maintained state is only 20 mA.The product fully meets the requirements of the national standard and can carry out“10000 times”fatigue test,which provides a highly reliable miniaturized undervoltage release preferred solution for the new generation of DW450 eireuit breakers.
