低压电器用高CTI值无卤阻燃尼龙材料的制备和性能

摘　　要：以尼龙6树脂为基体,加入Mg(OH)2和相关改性剂,通过双螺杆挤出剂熔融共混制备出无卤阻燃尼龙材料。考察了改性后的Mg(OH)2对PA6 UL94 V0阻燃性、机械性能及电绝缘性能影响。结果表明:该复合材料具有良好的机械性能和阻燃性能。当Mg(OH)2的含量为60%时,冲击强度为18kJ/m2,弯曲强度为105MPa,拉伸强度为68 MPa,垂直燃烧可达UL94 V0级,相比漏电起痕指数高达600V。阻燃尼龙属于环保型材料,符合欧盟等西方国家对出口电子电器产品的要求,目前已应用于低压电器行业的断路器、电涌保护器等。By adding Mg(0H)2 and related additives to the PA resin m atris,the halogen free flame-retardant nylon were made by melt blending with a twin-screw extruder.The effect of modified magnesium hydroxide contect on the flame-retardancy,mechanical and electricity insulated properties of nylon composites was investigated.The results showed that the materials had good mechanical and fire-resistant properties.When the content of Mg(0H)2 was 60%,the impact strength was 18 kJ/m2,the flexural strength was 105 MPa and the tensile strength was 68 M Pa,the comparaitve tracking index of material is 600 V and the verical buring of composites reached rating of UL94 V0.The nylon composites belongs to environment-friendly material,which meets the requirements of western countries such as the European Union for the export of electronic and electrical products.At present,it has been applied to circuit breakers and surge protectors in low voltage electric appliance industry.
