摘　　要：为了解决传统手动截门式排水塞门无法及时排水的问题,文章研制了一种机车自动排水装置,安装机车各类风缸及贮风过滤装置(如油水分离器)排水口,与空压机的工作周期相适应,能够及时排出空气管路及总风缸内的冷凝水,防止机车空气管路系统中冷凝水进入制动设备,保障机车在运行及检修时的行车安全,避免给机车公司带来重大的经济损失。In order to solve the problem that the traditional manual cut-off drain plug door can not drain water in time, the article develops a locomotive automatic drain device, installs the locomotive type air cylinder and the storage air filter device(such as oilwater separator) drain, compatible with the working cycle of the air compressor, and the condensate in the air pipeline and the main air cylinder can be replaced in time to prevent the condensed water in the locomotive air pipe system from entering the braking equipment, ensuring the safety of the locomotive during operation and maintenance, and avoiding bringing the locomotive company great economic loss.
