摘　　要：目的研究慢性丙型肝炎患者血清丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)-RNA载量与肝功能指标和血小板参数之间的关系。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2018年12月浙江省人民医院79例慢性丙型肝炎患者和48例同期健康受检者的临床资料,应用实时荧光定量PCR法检测血清HCV-RNA,全自动生化分析仪检测肝功能6项指标,全自动血细胞分析仪检测血小板参数。结果慢性丙型肝炎组与对照组比较,PLT、PCT、ALT、AST、GGT、ALB差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),MPV、PDW、ALP、TP差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。病毒载量与各指标间均无显著相关性(P> 0.05)。结论通过肝功能指标、血小板参数和HCV-RNA的检测,对慢性丙型肝炎病毒感染的早期诊断、治疗与监测疗效具有重要意义和价值。Objective To explore the correlation between HCV-RNA load and liver function AND platelet param eters in patients with chronic hepatitis C.Methods The clinical data of 79 patients with chronic hepatitis Cinfection and 48 healthy examinees in Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2016 to Decem ber 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.HCV-RNA was detected by real-time PCR,6 indicators of liver function were detected by autom atic biochem ical analyzer,and platelet param eters were detected by automatic hematology analyzer.Results There was statistical significance on the differences in PLT,PCT,ALT,AST,GGT and ALB between the HCV-RNA elevated group and the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance on the difference in MPV,PDW,ALP and TP(P>0.05),but no significant correlation between viral load and each indicator(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of hepatic function indicator,platelet param eters and HCV-RNA is of great significance and value for the early diagnosis,treatment and monitoring of chronic hepatitis Cvirus infection.
