摘 要:目的对比不同HIV检测ELISA试剂的诊断性能,为实验室选择试剂提供依据。方法回顾性收集2015年-2019年阳泉市各筛查实验室上送的阳性反应样本311例,比较不同试剂初筛结果和确证结果符合率。结果初筛实验室上送的阳性反应样本确证结果阳性率为79.85%。在确证阳性样本中,对S/CO值在0~5、5.01~10、≥10.01区间进行比较,四代试剂3个区间占比优于三代试剂(χ^2=11.12,P <0.01);进口试剂的S/CO值3个区间占比与国产试剂比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.74,P> 0.05)。结论试剂的S/CO值与确证结果有相关性,较高的S/CO值可以预测HIV抗体阳性,推荐使用敏感性更高的四代试剂。Objective To compare the diagnostic performance of different HIV detection ELISA reagents and provide basis for laboratory selection of reagents. Methods A total of 311 positive samples sent by screening laboratories in Yangquan Cty from 2015 to 2019 were retrospectively collected,and the coincidence rates of initial screening results and confirmed results of different reagents were compared. Results The positive rate of positive samples sent from the primary screening laboratory was79. 85%. In confirmed positive samples,comparing S/CO values in the range of 0-5,5. 01-10 and ≥10. 01,the proportion of the four-generation reagents was better than that of the three-generation reagents,with the differences statistically significant( χ^2= 11. 12,P < 0. 01);compared with domestic reagents,the difference in proportion of S/CO value of imported reagents had no statistical significance( χ^2= 1. 74,P > 0. 05). Conclusion The S/CO value of the reagent is correlated with the confirmation results. Higher S/CO value can predict anti-HIV positive. The fourth generation reagent with higher sensitivity is recommended.
